I did an excellent job from start to finish provide me with a generator and fuel I can't see how it gets much better than that

I called Power Surge on short notice to install a plug for a generator in order to prepare for an upcoming winter storm. Robert and his team came quickly and listened and gave advice on what was needed for my home and for this job. He was very knowledgeable and gave advice for follow up steps and even offered to help me hook up the generator once it arrives. In my experience, they respect their customers, charge reasonable rates, and have a high level of expertise. I will call again if I am ever in need of an electrician.

Called Tyler regarding an electrical issue with my HVAC system. Tyler came out that day and repaired the issue. He was very communicative and pointed out areas of concern. Even though it was late in the evening Tyler did not rush, he took the time to explain the issues and provide options. Tyler was upfront and very honest. Tyler of Power Surge Electrical replaced my outdated breaker panel, installed power surge protection, an external disconnect and a generator connection point. I'm very pleased with the quality of his work and reasonable pricing. Additionally, he coached me on connecting the generator to the house circuitry and testing to make sure all operated correctly which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend Tyler for all electrical work.

This is a great company to do business with. The customer service is awesome! You actually get to talk to a person and they do what is needed to get your power back. I don't know of another company that would take a call during the holiday season and have a solution for you to have your power available in less than 24 hours. Tyler arrived on time and completed the portable generator inlet install in a timely manner. He was very professional and explained the proper way to connect my portable generator and how the interlock works. Highly recommend and will use his services in the future.

Power Surge Electric, LLC replaced my old breaker box and added a connection for my generator plus a surge protector. Total time for the instillation was 3 hours and they left the work site clean and hauled off all the debris. If it had not rained earlier today you would not be able to tell they had been here, except for the foot prints in the wet grass. They were professional, friendly, and did a first rate job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing electrical work, and as a matter of fact, I did recommend them to a friend wanting a generator hook up installed at her house after she saw my installation.

Tyler is absolutely awesome!!! Ive been with out power for about 5 days now due to hurricane beryl. Fortunate enough to have a generator to run some fans and the fridge and was able to get in contact with Tyler to install the connection directly to the house . This guy is so amazing and professional and willing to go that extra mile and showed up to my house at 8pm after what i would assume already a long days worth of work . Tyler did a great job installing the outlet plug for our generator on the outside of the house. We also decided to have a home surge protector installed, so he went to the store to grab one and came back. He did a great job.

Needed some rush work done on my electric system and Power Surge Electric was willing to come out on a Sunday to do it for a reasonable price. Well mannered individual came out and explained what needed to be done.

Daniel came out to replace my electric line because a telecom company hit it while installing new lines in my neighborhood. They were quick to respond, gave me a very fair quote, and were able to replace the line the next day. They were extremely professional, very thorough, and wonderful to work with. I would recommend them above any others.

Tyler was punctual. He expertly assembled three fans and entry light fixture.
