Robert and his team came quickly and listened and gave advice on what was needed for my home and for this job. He was very knowledgeable and gave advice for follow up steps and even offered to help me hook up the generator once it arrives. I'm very pleased with the quality of his work and reasonable pricing. Additionally, he coached me on connecting the generator to the house circuitry and testing to make sure all operated correctly which was very much appreciated. This is a great company to do business with. The customer service is awesome! You actually get to talk to a person and they do what is needed to get your power back. I don't know of another company that would take a call during the holiday season and have a solution for you to have your power available in less than 24 hours. Friday 12/27/24 at 1:17 pm was when I called and Saturday 12/28/24 at 1:00 pm was when I had full power to my home. Now that is service !!!!! As a mater of fact, the team that provided service to me actually worked in heavy rain fall and under a tornado warning. They stopped only long enough to be safe when it was time to connect service back up! Awesome team and awesome company. They actually showed up at the time they said they would be here and completed the work earlier than expected and at a very reasonable price. I will be scheduling additional work with them in the spring to have redundant power to my home!

Power Surge Electric, LLC replaced my old breaker box and added a connection for my generator plus a surge protector. Total time for the instillation was 3 hours and they left the work site clean and hauled off all the debris. If it had not rained earlier today you would not be able to tell they had been here, except for the foot prints in the wet grass. They were professional, friendly, and did a first rate job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing electrical work, and as a matter of fact, I did recommend them to a friend wanting a generator hook up installed at her house after she saw my installation.

Tyler is absolutely awesome!!! Ive been with out power for about 5 days now due to hurricane beryl. Fortunate enough to have a generator to run some fans and the fridge and was able to get in contact with Tyler to install the connection directly to the house . This guy is so amazing and professional and willing to go that extra mile and showed up to my house at 8pm after what i would assume already a long days worth of work .
