Tyler and his crew showed up on time and completed all the work even working into the night. His crew was polite and answered our questions. I would recommend Power Surge Electric to all.

Very professional the job was completed pretty fast toot the time to answer all my questions and gave me a price I could afford without sacrifice of quality. I already hired him for another job I highly recommended them

I called Power Surge on short notice to install a plug for a generator in order to prepare for an upcoming winter storm. Robert and his team came quickly and listened and gave advice on what was needed for my home and for this job. He was very knowledgeable and gave advice for follow up steps and even offered to help me hook up the generator once it arrives. In my experience, they respect their customers, charge reasonable rates, and have a high level of expertise. I will call again if I am ever in need of an electrician.

Called Tyler regarding an electrical issue with my HVAC system. Tyler came out that day and repaired the issue. He was very communicative and pointed out areas of concern. Even though it was late in the evening Tyler did not rush, he took the time to explain the issues and provide options. Tyler was upfront and very honest. I will be using Tyler in the future and recommend him for any of your electrical needs

He really is a professional. Did the job perfectly and we are very happy. We’ll be asking for him again.

Tyler was extremely communicative and extremely knowledgeable! He didn’t attempt to overcharge for an issue that was simpler than he thought. He cares about the common man, and got the job done the same day I called. Great job!

This was a great project. It was by no means a simple project but Tyler made several good suggestions as to how to make the original design better. After some discussion, Tyler's design got implemented. Project cost was very reasonable and the project got done in a reasonable time frame. I couldn't be happier with Power Surge Electric and they will definitely get more work coming from this household. An A+ company, highly recommended

Tyler of Power Surge Electrical replaced my outdated breaker panel, installed power surge protection, an external disconnect and a generator connection point. I'm very pleased with the quality of his work and reasonable pricing. Additionally, he coached me on connecting the generator to the house circuitry and testing to make sure all operated correctly which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend Tyler for all electrical work.

Tyler of Power Source installed a new breaker panel, power surge. and generator connection. He was very professional and very considerate and reasonable for us who are senior citizens. We highly recommend him and will call him when needed. Thank you Tyler.

Tyler was very professional and did the job in no time. I would recommend for any electrical repair.

I submitted a request for a 220 volt to be added to my garage for my new EV to charge. They contacted me right away and gave the best price compared to all the other companies. Tommie did a fantastic job, I was shocked (pun intended) that he was able to do the job quickly and without having to turn off the power. Excellent service and communication, I highly recommend them and am likely to use them in the future.

I appreciate the Master Electrician and the team. They worked late many hours, until I had power back to my home the same day. New underground lines, from the Centerpoint utility transformer to my home meter, had to be installed.

Tyler and his crew are awesome. They are knowledgeable, thorough, polite, efficient, and patient. They respond promptly, and explain exactly what they will do, or have done.

Very pleased with my new panel and generator hookup. Just moved to Pasadena and my house had a mix of outdated fire hazard panels. This is a great company to do business with. The customer service is awesome! You actually get to talk to a person and they do what is needed to get your power back. I don't know of another company that would take a call during the holiday season and have a solution for you to have your power available in less than 24 hours. Friday 12/27/24 at 1:17 pm was when I called and Saturday 12/28/24 at 1:00 pm was when I had full power to my home. Read more

Tyler arrived on time and completed the portable generator inlet install in a timely manner. He was very professional and explained the proper way to connect my portable generator and how the interlock works. Highly recommend and will use his services in the future.

Very quick response, great work and very professional.

Power Surge Electric, LLC replaced my old breaker box and added a connection for my generator plus a surge protector. Total time for the instillation was 3 hours and they left the work site clean and hauled off all the debris. If it had not rained earlier today you would not be able to tell they had been here, except for the foot prints in the wet grass. They were professional, friendly, and did a first rate job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing electrical work, and as a matter of fact, I did recommend them to a friend wanting a generator hook up installed at her house after she saw my installation.

Highly recommend this company. The service repair was prompt & reasonable. We have found an electrican for future needs. Thank you Tyler.

Tyler was great guy and amazing communication throughout the project. 10 out of 10 would recommend

It’s hard to find a good electrician. Had several issues. Tyler came out and was very knowledgeable and personable. Would deathly recommend him, and I feel like I found a long-term electrician.

Great service and very knowledgeable. Pricing that cant be beat.

They got the new breaker boxes in at least an hour sooner than promised, and for a reasonable cost. We are very happy with the work done.

My husband and I are very impressed with the service, their attention to detail, and excellent work ethic. Power Surge will be the first company we call for help when needed again!

Tyler is absolutely awesome!!! Ive been with out power for about 5 days now due to hurricane beryl. Fortunate enough to have a generator to run some fans and the fridge and was able to get in contact with Tyler to install the connection directly to the house . This guy is so amazing and professional and willing to go that extra mile and showed up to my house at 8pm after what i would assume already a long days worth of work .
